How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for 24 hours notice to make a change.  If you're unable to make it and don't notify us, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the service price booked.  Please call 206-910-2114 or email jessicajmaez@gmail.com to cancel or reschedule.  

Why do I have to have a credit card to schedule my appointment?

We use a credit card to hold your appointment because our stylists time is very valuable.  We only require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule and we send out numerous reminders ahead of the appointment time via email and text.  Our online booking system is secure and we cannot see the card number once its entered.  It is only available for us to charge should we need to in the event that you don't reach out 24 hours in advance.  

What happens if I'm not thrilled with my hair after my appointment?

This happens from time to time, a lot of times it can be fixed very simply and we're happy to do it!  We ask that you contact us within 7 days of your appointment to let us know it wasn't what you had in mind.  We will do our best to get you in with the stylist who did your hair to make an adjustment within the next week or two.  

Why didn't my hair get as light as I wanted in one session?  

A lot of inspiration photos happen to be a whole days work in the salon or multiple sessions that aren't documented in the photo.  We try our best to set expectations so you're aware of how close we'll get during the current appointment and how many appointments will be needed to get to your goal photo.  Sometimes your hair will limit how far we can push too.  Our goal is to always keep your hair as healthy as possible!  

I'm interested in extensions - how can I get more information?

The best way to get more information for extensions is to set up a complimentary consultation to get matched and talk about options.  Hair is custom ordered for you based on desired length and density needed/wanted.  We have several hair companies we order hair from depending on availability.  We only order hair for our installs, we do not retail hair for sale.  If you have us order hair for install and cancel the install, the hair is non refundable and there may be an additional charge to pick up your hair if you choose.  Our clients receive a discount on hair because we're installing the hair and/or performing a color service as well.  Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
